Frequently asked questions
After receipt of your order, your product will be packed and shipped immediately. You will then receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking link to the e-mail address you provided when ordering. Within Austria, depending on the capacity utilization of the parcel services (delivery times may vary at Christmas), delivery may take up to 3 working days. For deliveries to Germany, the delivery time is up to 5 working days. If you have not received a shipping confirmation, please check your spam folder or contact our customer service.
After your order has been dispatched, you will automatically receive an invoice from us to the e-mail address you have saved. If you no longer have the e-mail address saved, please contact our customer service.
If the packaging is already damaged on the outside, take a photo of it immediately. Please then contact us using the service form. Please provide us with your order number and a brief description of the damage. Please also include photos of the defective product so that we can process the case quickly.
The statutory warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship that occur during normal use of the product. Damage caused by improper use, wear and tear or external influences is excluded from the warranty. The warranty period is 12 months for moving parts and 24 months for fixed parts from the date of purchase. If you would like to report a case, please contact our customer service via our service form.
Falls ein Produkt nicht deinen Erwartungen entspricht, kannst du ihn innerhalb von 14 Tage nach Erhalt der Bestellung an uns zurücksenden. Bitte melde deine Rücksendung über die Retourenanmeldung bei uns an. Schicke uns die Produkte ausschließlich in der Originalverpackung zurück. Die Kosten für die Rücksendung sind von dir zu tragen. Nach Eingang der Ware, wird dir der Betrag aus der Bestellung gutgeschrieben.
We offer a wide range of spare parts for our ride-ons and scooters. The most common spare parts that you can replace yourself can be found in our online store under “Spare parts”. If it is a spare part that cannot be found in our online store, please contact our customer service team to arrange the next steps.
