Returns and revocation
Shipping and transportation costs
Orders from our online store can only be delivered to Austria and Germany. Deliveries to other countries are currently not possible. In this case, we ask you to contact our local dealers on site. Click here for our trading partners.
Delivery time
Delivery of your order takes place from Monday to Friday during normal business hours and takes 2-3 working days within Austria. The delivery time to Germany is between 5 and 7 working days. During the pre-Christmas period, delivery times may be longer due to increased parcel volumes. It should also be noted that no orders can be sent on Sundays and public holidays.
Shipping partner
Your order will be shipped with the transport service provider GLS.
Shipping cost
The delivery costs are calculated automatically when you place your order and include VAT at the statutory rate.
Delivery within Austria costs € 3.90. From an order value of € 70, delivery is free of charge, for orders for delivery to Germany € 6.50 will be charged.
Returns
You can return your order to us within 14 days of receipt. Please note the following provisions for a smooth return process:
- register your return with us in advance by email (shop@scootandride.com). Please enter the following data to enable us to allocate the order accurately in our system: Order number, personal details (name, e-mail address)
- the item must have been purchased in our webshop
- the goods must be returned unused, undamaged and in their original packaging
- the costs for the return shipment must be borne by you
As soon as the return has arrived at our warehouse and has been checked, the purchase amount will be refunded to your original means of payment.

Right of withdrawal
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period begins on the day you receive the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, please note the following steps:
- Inform us in writing about your revocation - by e-mail (shop@scootandride.com)
- Send the goods back to us. Please make sure that the items are unused, undamaged and in their original packaging.
- The return costs are borne by you as the customer.
- After receipt and inspection of the goods in our warehouse, the purchase price will be refunded to your original means of payment.

Payment methods
We offer the following payment methods in our online store:PayPal, all major credit cards and EPS bank transfer.
PayPal
- Select “PayPal” in the order process
- In the next step, you will be redirected to the PayPal website to log in with your PayPal account and initiate the payment.
- After successful payment you will be redirected back to our online store.
Credit card
Payment by credit card is quick and easy.Select payment by credit card and click on “Pay now”. You will be redirected, enter the requested data and confirm your payment. Your order is already on its way to you. We accept all major credit cards in our webshop.
EPS bank transfer
Another payment option is the EPS (Electronic Payment Standard) bank transfer.
This is how the EPS payment works:
- Select EPS as the payment method in the checkout.
- You will be redirected to your usual online banking.
- Log in with your bank details and confirm the payment.
- After a successful transaction you will receive a confirmation and we will ship your order as soon as possible.
