Your tasks
- Independent order processing from quotation preparation to invoicing
- Handling service and customer inquiries (national and international) via email and telephone
- Interface between sales, logistics, accounting and other internal departments
- Maintenance and updating of customer and order data in the ERP/CRM system
- Supporting the sales team with evaluations, as well as assisting with trade fair preparations and similar tasks.
- Assistance with the handling of complaints and their internal coordination
- Preparation of analyses and reports for management.
Your profile
- Completed commercial training (e.g. apprenticeship, HAK, HAS or comparable)
- Previous professional experience in internal sales / order processing / customer service is an advantage.
- Excellent German and English skills, both spoken and written.
- Strong service orientation and enjoyment in dealing with customers
- Structured, independent and precise work style, as well as assistant and organizational talent.
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel; experience with ERP/inventory management systems (e.g., SAP) is an advantage.
- Teamwork skills, reliability and willingness to pitch in in a dynamic environment
