Are you a passionate networker who recognizes opportunities, develops markets, and builds strong partnerships? Then you've come to the right place! We are looking for a team member for our international sales department: a sales manager for the Asian market.

Your responsibilities:​


  • Strategic and operational responsibility for sales activities in the Asian market
  • Building and maintaining long-term partnerships with distributors, wholesalers, and key accounts
  • Identifying and acquiring new business opportunities, including market and competitor analysis
  • Negotiating conditions, prices, and contracts in close collaboration with internal departments
  • Representing the company at international trade fairs and industry events
  • Regular reporting to management and close collaboration with the international sales team

Your profile:


  • At least 5 years of experience in international sales, preferably in the toy or consumer goods industry
  • In-depth knowledge of the Asian market and regional business practices
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken); additional language skills (e.g., Mandarin, Japanese) are a plus
  • Proven track record of working with distributors and wholesalers in Asia
  • Willingness to travel internationally (approx. 10%) and strong intercultural competence
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a confident and professional appearance
  • Independent, structured, and goal-oriented working style

Legal information:

For this position, we offer an attractive salary (collective agreement for employees in commercial enterprises) of €45,000 gross per annum—your actual salary will be agreed upon in a personal interview with you, based on your qualifications and professional experience.
