To further scale our brand digitally and internationally, we are looking for you at our Grieskirchen location.
Your mission
You'll transform a strong brand into an even more visible one – both online and offline. You'll expand our digital presence, drive performance campaigns, and ensure that Scoot & Ride offers a consistent and contemporary experience worldwide.
Your tasks
- You will be responsible for Scoot & Ride's brand presence across all channels – with a clear vision and a forward-looking perspective.
- Together with the management team, you will develop a future-oriented marketing strategy to further expand our international brand awareness.
- You plan, manage and optimize our digital campaigns (social ads, Google Ads, newsletters, remarketing) based on KPIs.
- You will be responsible for the content and performance of our webshop and website: product presentation, landing pages, campaigns, conversion optimization.
- You will work closely with our social media agency – from content planning and campaigns to community management.
- You develop advertising materials for online and offline use (catalogs, POS displays, banners, newsletters, digital assets) and ensure a strong, consistent brand presence.
- You organize trade fairs and brand appearances and use store checks to verify the implementation of our marketing strategy – always with a focus on improvement.
- You coordinate photo shoots and video productions and ensure modern, high-quality content.
- You create meaningful reports for performance monitoring and derive measures for optimization.
- You work closely with international distributors and support them in maintaining a brand-compliant appearance and in campaigns.
Your profile
- At least 3 years of professional experience in marketing, ideally in the consumer goods, sports, lifestyle or kids sector.
- Completed training in the field of marketing/communication/advertising or comparable qualification.
- Strong focus on digital and e-commerce:
- Webshop/e-commerce experience
- Performance Marketing (z. B. Meta Ads, Google Ads, Tracking & Reporting)
- Experience with KPIs, analytics tools, and data-driven optimization.
- You think both creatively and analytically: strong ideas, clear implementation, focus on impact.
- Excellent written and spoken German and English skills; additional languages are a plus.
- Proficient use of MS Office (especially Excel); experience with graphics/content tools is an advantage.
- You work independently, are communicative, proactive and eager to drive things forward – within the team and across departments.
