Your role
You are the first point of contact for our customers, guiding them from initial contact to the resolution of their issue. Whether it's questions about our products, advice on selection, support with application, or help with complaints and spare parts – you find the right answer quickly and reliably. With your friendly and solution-oriented service, you ensure that our customers feel well taken care of.
Your tasks
- Answering customer inquiries via email, phone, and social media
- Processing complaints, warranty claims, and returns
- Close collaboration with logistics, sales, and marketing
- Maintaining and updating FAQs, text modules, and service documents
- Actively incorporating customer feedback to improve products and services
- Supporting the sales team in their daily work
Your profile
- A completed vocational training (e.g., business school, business college, or apprenticeship) forms your foundation.
- You already have experience in customer service and customer support.
- You enjoy communicating clearly and respectfully – even under pressure.
- Excellent written and spoken German skills, good English skills (additional languages are an advantage).
- You work in a structured and reliable manner and can manage multiple cases simultaneously.
- You are a team player, a hands-on person, and solution-oriented.
